Shiitakes 4) Kabocha Ginger Custard Nourishing, Satisfying and oh, so good. This Japanese-inspired menu coaxes wonderful flavors from few ingredients in satifsfying, authentic and fun-to-make dishes. Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal. At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go. You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal. Covid precautions: Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen. We are following CDC guidelines and local mandates. Masks must be worn while cooking and may be removed for eating. Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity. All participants, 12 and over must provide proof of vaccination. Yes! We are hosting private parties, team events and celebrations (birthday, bridal shower, more).
