Take a break from Turkey & leftovers to master two very different yet very doable, favorite baked goods.
Our bagel recipes use a Biga (an overnight set-up, preferment) and then are hand-rolled, boiled and baked. They are a satisfying and easy to work with dough (no machine required!)
Macaron cookies have an intimidating reputation and we love to share our formula that can be executed and recreated with confidence and ease.
We balance passive and active tasks to create both recipes and at the end of class, we'll sit down and enjoy everything together.
You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal.

Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen.
We are following CDC guideliness and local mandates.
Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity. Masks must be worn while cooking but may be removed for eating. All participants, 12 and over must provide proof of vaccination.
