Enliven your everyday cooking with these delicious, nutritious and absolutely doable recipes.
Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal.
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.
You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal.

Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen.
We are following CDC guideliness and local mandates.
Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity. Masks must be worn while cooking but may be removed for eating. All participants, 12 and over must provide proof of vaccination.
