We love vegetable and love and thrive in sharing ways to show them off! This Vegetarian menu is balanced, complete, colorful and satisfying to vegetarians and omnivores alike.
This is a dairy-free, vegetarian menu and egg whites are used in the dessert.
Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal.
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go. You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal.
Covid precautions: Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen. We are following CDC guideliness and local mandates. Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity.
