This Vegetarian menu is balanced, complete, colorful and satisfying to vegetarians and omnivores alike. This is a dairy-free, vegetarian menu and egg whites are used in the dessert. Classes are hands-on, balancing passive and active tasks to create a four-course meal. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy with the class and meal. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ Covid precautions:⁣⁣⁣ Frequent and thorough hand-washing is the core of all work in the kitchen. ⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣We are following CDC guideliness and local mandates.⁣⁣ Every participant is provided their own apron and side towel and we have established additional work stations to spread out the cooking activity. ⁣⁣ Private Events Yes!
