Appetizer
Filipino-style crispy egg rolls. We will be serving the following flavor with an accompanying dipping sauce:
-Chicken Shanghai - ground chicken and julienned vegetables.

Small Plate
Mixed greens, red cabbage, tomatoes, calamansi/honey/sesame vinaigrette, radishes, and coconut/garlic croutons.
Deconstructed Salmon Sinigang
Entree
Salmon fillet, flash-roasted baby bok choy, green beans, daikon, and peppers. Served with an 8 hour lemongrass, ginger, and tamarind-based broth.
Adobo-glazed beef short ribs
Small Plate
Braised beef short ribs with a sweet and savory adobo glaze. Served with a butternut squash/coconut cream puree and steamed jasmine rice.
Blood Orange Bibingka
Dessert
A lightly sweet, moist cake made with rice flour and coconut milk, and blood orange. Served with vanilla bean ice cream, and toasted coconut.
