Appetizer
Filipino-style vegetable fritters served with an accompanying dipping sauce.
Ginger Chicken
Dessert
Ginger chicken w/ noodles, charred baby bok choy. Dressing made with a ginger/citrus/scallion-infused oil.
Adobo-glazed beef short ribs
Small Plate
Braised beef short ribs glazed with a sweet and savory adobo glaze. Served with steamed jasmine rice.
Ginataan na Alimasag at Hipon
Entree
Dungeness crab and shrimp stewed with garlic, ginger, lemongrass, birdseye chili, pepper, bagoong (salted shrimp paste), and young jackfruit.
Cassava cake
Dessert
A cake made with grated cassava (aka yucca root) and coconut milk. The cake will be topped with a thin custard layer and sprinkled with toasted coconut.
