I will be hosting my next meal on October 16th at 7:00pm. The menu will include 2 appetizers, 1 salad, a main course and dessert. The meal will consist of a mixture of flavors, influenced mainly by my Filipino heritage.

Roasted Asian Eggplant Salad
First Course
A salad with roasted eggplant, arugula, red onions, pickled bamboo shoots, and a garlic and ginger vinaigrette.
Spinach, Coconut, and Artichoke Dip
First Course
Served with sliced baguette.
First Course
Assorted hand-crafted egg rolls with ground pork and shrimp, julienned carrots, green beans, water chestnuts, garlic, napa cabbage, and sweet potatoes. Served with a spicy cane vinegar sauce and a sweet chili sauce.
Slow-roasted Pork Adobo
Second Course
Pork shoulder slow roasted for 8+ hours in cane vinegar, black peppercorns, garlic, soy sauce, and a blend of other spices. Served with steamed white rice.
Chicken and Spinach Laing (la-ing)
Second Course
Chicken simmered w/ coconut cream and milk, ginger, garlic, chili, salted shrimp paste, and spinach.
Mango and Coconut ice cream w/ leche flan (egg custard )
