We are honored to collaborate with Portland's premier Filipino pop-up chef, Melvin Trinidad! His dining series, Barkada PDX, is a trailblazer in the Filipino pop-up scene in Portland. We will feature two seatings at 5:30PM and 8PM on Saturday, January 19th. Kamayan is a traditional Filipino family style meal where you only eat with your natural utensils....YOUR HANDS! You will be dining on a communal, banana leaf covered table that is topped with the evening's dinner.

Filipino-style fried egg roll filled with diced vegetables. Served with a spiced vinegar dipping sauce.

Super secret family recipe Filipino pork meatloaf, panko/chicharon coated and deep fried, spicy calamansi-ginger banana sauce.
