During college I would frequent some of the most amazing taquerias and order some of the most flavorful tacos. This inspired us to host a monthly Taco Tuesday, Social Hour and preparing the tacos with flavors inspired by Filipino heritage and summers spent in Hawaii. We hope to see you there!

Appetizer
The Filipino version of egg rolls. We'll be serving the following flavor with an accompanying dipping sauce:
- Chicken Shanghai- ground chicken and julienned vegetables.
Salad
First Course
Mix greens, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, radishes. Calamansi vinaigrette. Coconut/garlic croutons.
Veggie Taco
Roasted tofu, Mushrooms, caramelized onions, garlic, peppers coconut cream, shrimp paste. Served with roasted tomato salsa, diced onions, and cilantro on a corn tortilla.
Salmon Belly Sisig Taco
Appetizer
Marinated and sauteed samlon belly. Topped with a roasted tomato salsa, diced onions, jalapenos, and cilantro on a corn tortilla.
Chicken Adobo Taco
Small Plate
Chicken stewed in vinegar, Tamari (gluten-free) soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, black peppercorns. Topped with a roasted tomato salsa, diced onions, and cilantro on a corn tortilla
Braised Bistek Taco
Second Course
Beef slow-cooked in citrus, calamansi (citrus), garlic, tamari, black peppercorns, and caramelized onions. Topped with a roasted tomato salsa, diced onions, and cilantro on a corn tortilla.
Bibingka Churro Donuts
Third Course
Fried pastry made with rice flour and coconut milk. Coated with cinnamon and sugar.
