Come join me for a weekend brunch that was inspired by my last trip to Hawaii. I'll be preparing both sweet and savory dishes using ingredients and flavors commonly found in both Filipino and Hawaiian cuisine. A juice bar will be provided using SunTropics juices.

Slow roasted Kalua pork, Longanisa (Filipino-style pork sausage), taro, sweet potatoes, leeks, roasted cherry tomatoes.
Sous vide slow-poached egg

Sous vide slow-poached egg topped with diced chives. Lightly seasoned with sea salt and black pepper.
