Come join us as we celebrate Happy Hour on a Monday with oysters and champagne. We're preparing five courses of some of our favorite Filipino-inspired Bar bites.

-Raw Marin Miyagi oysters w/ coconut vinegar mignonette
-Baked Oysters, garlic-herb butter, shaved parmesan, fried garlic and shallots.

Mix greens, red cabbage, radishes, cherry tomatoes, coconut/garlic croutons, calamansi/honey vinaigrette.
Lumpia

The Filipino version of egg rolls. We'll be serving the following flavor with accompanying dipping sauces:
-Shrimp Lumpia-Butterflied shrimp stuffed with a creamy herb-infused cheese spread, wrapped in a pastry shell, then fried.
- Chicken Shanghai- ground chicken and julienned vegetables.
Longanisa Flatbread

Chicken Longanisa (Filipino-style sausage), mushrooms, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, gruyere/parmesan cheeses, truffle oil.

Saba banana fritters battered in rice flour and eggs. Served with vanilla bean ice cream and topped with toasted coconut and crushed pili nuts.
