BIO

I was most recently the chef/co-owner of Maybeck's. A native of Salt Lake City, Utah, I began my culinary career by way of the Pacific Northwest spending summers on Puget Sound Crabbing and foraging for fresh seafood. Over the last 20 years I have cooked in some of San Francisco's best restaurants. I was the chef at Bix before starting my own thing at Maybeck's. At Maybeck's, I created comfortable American cuisine with an open minded approach.

I most recently moved to Petaluma with wife Jennette and my 2 year old boy. Our new venture is an all things food company that will evolve with the times. Looks like for now we will all be cooking at home more, this is a good thing it's the best way to eat, I'll show you!
