This Crêpe Party will be a proper dive into Brittany, a region on the North Western side of France, where crêpes and galettes were invented. You'll experience original recipes of crêpes and galettes, based on real crêpes I ate while growing up in Nantes, France. Everything will be done from scratch in front of you to maximize the experience and optimize the flavors... "Cooking under butter" as we say, to produce the best result and the finest taste. This is the perfect brunch to start a nice weekend! Come and join us for a taste of Brittany. Only a few hours will give you the best of culinary pleasure.

Galette discovery
This is a proper introduction to galettes and the buckwheat (gluten free) crepes. Served traditionally, aka, with a generous portion of butter, the best topping.
La complète / la galette de la mer / La végétarienne
Choose one of these 3 classic galettes: La complète is the most traditional galette with 3 core ingredients : Egg, ham, cheese (Compté). Always a winner! La galette de la mer is done with smoked salmon, delicious cooked leeks and crème fraîche. La végétarienne: the vegetarian option with caramelized onions, nicely cooked tomatoes, zucchinis and mushrooms.
Crêpe dessert
You will get to try several crêpes. Pick the toppings you love best : - the traditional beurre sucre, plain sugar and butter, deliciously simple - beurre sucre citron, when adding a bit of fresh lemon on top of the previous one - the trendy yet traditional "Camarel au beurre salé" otherwise known as sea salted caramel.
