Chef Evan Gaudreau is a CIA graduate and a Boston native. Since relocating to Charleston five years ago, Gaudreau has honed his skills at acclaimed, local favorites The Ordinary and Xiao Bao Biscuit. His friends, Faculty Lounge owners Erik and Nayda Hutson, asked him to join the Renzo team as chef in 2017. Evan's natural talent and thoughtful approach to food made him the best choice to deliver a sophisticated yet familiar menu highlighting market-driven Italian-influenced cuisine and Neo-Neapolitan wood-fired pizza at Renzo. He is a James Beard 2019 semifinalist for the Rising Star Chef of the Year.
