Some of produce is being donated by Imperfect Produce, a local company who's working to eliminate food waste by selling produce deemed "too ugly" for retail foods. Roasted in banana leaf and charred, this is sweet potato with shrimp and curry sauce, greek yogurt and topped with a salad of seasonal herbs and greens.
Pork "Poke"
A crispy pork dish with steamed taro, tomato, sea asparagus and coconut-lime vinaigrette.
