Charred Sweet Potato +Shrimp Head Curry Salad

Take a sweet potato. Roast it in banana leaves. Char it with a torch and cover it in shrimp head curry, Greek yogurt and a salad of seasonal greens.

A chewy dessert noodle, made of arrowroot starch and Puerh tea, bathed in Hemp milk, roasted Macadamia nut and a mandarin syrup.
