Best known for his television debut on Bravo’s Top Chef, Fabio Viviani brought his talents from Italy to America in 2005 and opened Café Firenze in Moorpark, CA. Today he has over 15 restaurants across the country and is opening more in 2018 in Tampa, Detroit, and D.C., among others. Additionally, he owns Fabio Viviani Wine Collection and a seafood delivery service called Lobster by Fabio.
