I am a classically trained French chef born and raised in France to Algerian Berber parents. I have worked allover the world. I own the worlds first and only North African taco restaurant near USC.
I was a culinary instructor at Le Cordon Bleu for 7 years. My restaurant also offers catering and we also do high volume or high end catering.
