September is the craziest month of the year on the farm. We're being buried by tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, greens of all kinds and anything else you could imagine. So we like to do one dinner where almost everything (save for salt, olive oil, bread) come from the farm. Which means the meal will be vegetarian with eggs from our chickens. It's one of our favorite meals of the season.
