Spring is just around the corner, and we're just starting to get the farm revved up for the year. The seeds are started in the greenhouse, our new fruit trees have been planted and the chickens are finally just about done with their molt. The year is off to a great start. And to celebrate that, we're hosting our first Farmhand at Frances meal of the year. We will have a well-curated wine list and a wine pairing available for purchase at dinner. The menu is subject to change based on what we find at the market - seasonal produce changes quickly this time of year!
