We like to wait until a little closer to the event to see how the crops are shaping up on the farm before we decide on the menu, but you can expect several courses of vegetable-focused food, homemade pasta using eggs from our flock of chickens and dessert made with the best fruit we can find.

For this dinner we'll be pairing each course with a different Populis wine - like the food menu, we're still going through all of their wines with the winemakers, trying to determine which ones will be the best with our food.
