As Spring wears on and more great local seafood becomes available, there are a few cuisines in the world that really understand how to cook fish. Nordic cuisine is one of those. We've designed our menu with that in mind, but with our own California angle - using produce from our own farm in Cotati, and local seafood from around the Bay Area.
