In September the farm is dripping with all of the produce of the season. There are tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, squash, cucumbers, beans...you name it and we probably have it, and it's at it's peak of flavor. So one of our favorite things to do is to create a farm dinner based entirely on what we are growing on the farm. This means it will be vegetarian, and will include some farm eggs from our beautiful little flock of chickens.
You won't want to miss it.
