In honor of our desire for inclusivity, we're putting together a dinner focusing on the regional foods of Jalisco, Mexico. We will be cooking our versions of Jalisco classics with ingredients from our farm in Sonoma. Jalisco is home to a wealth of awesome food and drink, and is the home of tequila, pozole, mariachi music, and Mexicos’s second largest city, Guadalajara.
We'll also be donating a portion of our proceeds from this dinner to the National Network for Immigrant and Refugee Rights. You can check out the organization here: http://www.nnirr.org/drupal/
