Menu detail

Antojito
Appetizer
Antojitos (translated: Little Craving) is a small snack served as you arrive. Our antojitos are seasonally driven and feature ingredients that are simply, but deliciously prepared. Examples from the past: Blue corn tostada with roasted mushroom, red potato, and orange bell pepper. Garnished with pomegranate seeds and salsa verde. Butternut squash taco garnished with red mole, cotija cheese, and thinly sliced red onions.
Creamy Zucchini Soup with Sesame
Small Plate
Zucchini is cooked with aromatics and oregano, blended to a creamy consistency and garnished with sesame seeds, thinly sliced radish, and extra virgin olive oil. *Menu item is subject to change based on what's fresh and available at the farmers' market!
Purple Potato, Green Tomatillo Enchiladas with Mexican Crema
Entree
A twist on my childhood favorite meal - we grate purple potatoes and saute them with onions and turmeric. This makes the filling for the enchiladas that are sauced with green tomatillo salsa and garnished with shredded lettuce, Mexican crema, cotija cheese, and minced white onion. *Menu item is subject to change based on what's fresh and available at the farmers' market!
Farming Hope Soil
Dessert
A dessert made to showcase ingredients from our gardens - and to look like our gardens too! Chocolate mousse is made with TCHO dark chocolate. Served chilled with fennel fronds, garden flowers, ancho chile piloncillo syrup, and puffed amaranth.
Coconut Horchata
Beverage
Our horchata is made entirely from scratch by blending rice, vanilla, Mexican cinnamon, organic cane sugar, and coconut-almond milk together. The flavors steep together for hours before being strained right before we serve it to you.
