Join us for an exciting multi-course meal with a mission! Chef Mira D'Souza is the owner of Queen Pickle, a craft food business that specializes in Indian-style pickles. Mira grew up in Hyderabad in South India, and moved to the United States in her teens. She makes pickles to bridge her two homes: using North American produce with the spices and methods from her childhood. Queen Pickle is in pre-incubation at La Cocina.
A collaboration with Farming Hope - the soup kitchen turned on its head.
