Menu detail
Ensalada con puré de Elote
Appetizer
A bright salad made from seasonal offerings from Imperfect Produce - featuring a base of corn puree.
Elote - Mexican Street Corn
Small Plate
Fresh corn is roasted until the kernels are just perfectly blistered. Served with Mexican cashew crema, fresh lime juice, chili powder, and cotija cheese. Inspired by all the eloteros around the US and Mexico - this dish is best enjoyed eaten with your hands!
Calabaza a la Arrachera
Entree
Inspired by the flavors of traditional Mexican Arrachera seasoning, we roast Acorn squash with a seasoning blend of Guajillo, Ancho, and New Mexico chiles. This is served with frijoles de la holla (stewed, homestyle beans), cashew crema, salsa verde, and a fava bean leaf slaw with fresh corn.
This dish features the Three Sisters of agriculture: corn, squash, and beans. These three plants grow together in harmony in North America. Learn more at our dinner!
Fruta de la Temporada con Nieve
Dessert
A sweet finish that highlights the fruit of the moment, paired with garnishes from our urban gardens, this week served alongside locally made Naia Gelato!
Coconut Horchata
Beverage
Our horchata is made entirely from scratch by blending rice, vanilla, Mexican cinnamon, organic cane sugar, and coconut-almond milk together. The flavors steep together for hours before being strained right before we serve it to you.
