Join us for a one time collaboration between Chef Eric Pascual of Eats by E and the team at Farming Hope. This meal is a reflection of the seasonal bounty from Imperfect Produce, combined with Eric's Filipino and Hawaiian cuisine.
Farming Hope is the soup kitchen turned on its head - we are a culinary training program that hires transitional homeless folks to garden and cook with the food we grow.
Chef Eric Pascual is a Bay Area native, whose passion for cooking was fostered during summers spent with his grandparents in Hawaii. Inspired by his grandfather's communal meals sourced form the backyard, Eric has developed dishes that reflects his upbringing, travels, and Filipino culture.
*Our dishes change based on what’s most fresh and available at Imperfect Produce. The following menu is a guideline of what you will enjoy!
