Menu detail

Local Samosas
Appetizer
Locally sourced samosas filled with a medley of vegetables. These crispy treats are served with mint and tamarind chutneys.
Dal Healing Soup
Small Plate
This nepalese soup uses yellow lentils that are historically used in Himalayan cooking. Shrawan cooks this into dal soul with a combination of aromatics and Nepalese spices.
Nepalese Vegetable Curry
Entree
This Nepalese curry features seasonal vegetables that are seasoned with Nepalese healing spices. It is served over rice, with a side of roti bread and tomato-timur achar (a Nepalese hot salsa).
Ricotta Cake with Chai Tea
Dessert
It is tradition at Curry Without Worry to gather around the table for some sweets and hot chai tea. Shrawan brings this tradition to Farming Hope, and we make a light ricotta cake served with macerated fruit and coconut whip cream to accompany his chai tea.
