Theo began cooking in his freshmen dorm room, earning his culinary chops through experimentation and various summer stages at wd~50, Gotham Bar and Grill, and The Musket Room. His senior thesis, a 20-course event profiled by The Boston Globe, has since morphed into Theory Kitchen, a sought-after pop-up combining food, art, and culture.
