This tasting menu will feature locally sourced ingredients where ever possible; meats from local ranches and farms, sustainable seafoods from Pacific Northwest day boats and produce from the area's best organic farms. Please bear in mind that courses might change based upon season, and menu isn't finalized until the party is booked. The following is a guideline of what you might expect.
