Come join us for a Picnic to be remembered at the beautiful Four Graces Winery in Dundee, in the heart of wine country.
Start with a wine tasting hosted by Paul, the affable manager of Four Graces, accompanied by enough small nibbles to keep your palate satiated.
Indulge in a family-style feast, Celebrating the incredibly diverse bounty from the Pacific Northwest forests and rivers.
Price includes $15 wine tasting flight.
Lunch wines can be purchased by the glass or bottle at the Winery.

Whole Grilled Columbia River King Salmon

Columbia River King Salmon from the famed spring run are widely considered the best salmon in North America and can achieve healthy fat content of 23%, compared to the highest in Alaska of maybe 15%. The salmon will be stuffed with wild spring ramps, greens, conica morels and caramelized onions, then grilled. Served with Patreece DeNobles famous purple artichokes, roast peppers with corn and pancetta.
