From the gracious reception welcoming you, through an array of 13 enticing small plates to the last, lingering bite of a seductive dessert, ‘sharing’ is the common thread that unites this unique Tapas experience. Please join us for a memorable night savoring the cuisine and wines of Spain. A selection of unique Spanish wines (sold in quartinos and bottles) will be available for purchase at the event.

Latas is the Spanish word for cans, and also describes a unique style of serving small tasty bites in recycled tins. We will be serving Octopus caught in the wild, off the coast of Spain simmered in a Tomato Sauce, Olives and a touch of Salsa Verde.

Little Flamenco Dancers, or Flamenquin, are little rolls of Pork, Serrano Ham and Gruyere, breaded and fried and served in a pool of San Marzano Tomato Sauce with Black Olives and Capers.
