BIO

I'm a self-taught, plant-based chef with a passion for bringing people together around a table of food. My mission is to expose people to Filipino classic dishes, without compromising on flavor, tradition, and culture. I'm a firm believer that Filpino cooking is about technique and community, rather than the ingredients itself (as most traditional dishes use meat, dairy, and eggs). It's been a transformative process, and I look forward to sharing my recipes and stories with you over a homecooked meal.
