This isn't your typical feast. A Filipino Kamayan dinner is known for the unforgettable experience of eating copious amounts of food with your hands. That's right; no utensils needed. Mingle with your fellow guests before taking a seat at the communal table. In front of you will be a mouthwatering display of classic Filipino dishes — all with a plant-based twist — thoughtfully placed on banana leaves. Kain Tayo (let's eat)!

Menu detail

Vegetable Lumpia
A mixture of shiitake mushrooms, green beans, jícama, green onions, and carrots lightly fried in a rice wrapper served with garlic soy sauce.
Oyster Mushroom Calamari
Panko breaded oyster mushrooms baked and lightly pan fried with dipping sauce.
Jackfruit Sinigang Soup
This hearty stew is a popular dish in the Philippines. Jackfruit, potatoes, and spinach are simmered in a delicious soup flavored with tamarind extract, tomatoes, and onions.
Sisig Shiitake Tofu
Crispy baked tofu and shiitake mushrooms, marinated in soy sauce, garlic, lime, peppercorn, and vinegar. Served with a cilantro, lime and mayo dip.
Garlic Rice
A Filipino staple, garlic rice is just as it sounds. Steamed rice with lots, and lots of garlic. Don't worry about garlic breath. We're all in this together.
Ube & Red Bean Ice Cream Pops
One of my childhood favorites. Rich and creamy, ube and red bean ice cream pops made with coconut.
Fresh Cantaloupe & Mint Juice
Freshly pressed cantaloupe juice made with the juicy bits of shredded melon and garnished with mint.
