Garrison Price is the executive chef at newly opened restaurant Il Fiorista. Under Price’s direction, the seasonal menu at Il Fiorista focuses on flavors highlighting flowers in their many edible forms. At Il Fiorista, Price works directly with local farmers.

Price has 20 years of experience working at acclaimed restaurants around the world, such as, Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, Asiate, Jose Andres' China Poblano, Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Kauai Grill and The Peninsula Chicago.
