As the first and only producer of sake in San Francisco, Sequoia Sake specializes in small batch, fresh, unpasteurized, nama sake. The event will get started with a guided tour by brewmaster Jake Myrick to learn about the sake brewing process. Followed by a progression of Japanese inspired dishes from Ichido. *Sake will be available for purchase at the brewery* The following menu will be a representation of what you might expect to see, but based upon availability.
