As the first and only producer of sake in San Francisco, Sequoia Sake specializes in small batch, fresh, unpasteurized, nama sake. The event will get started with brewmaster Jake Myrick to learn about the sake brewing process. Followed by a progression of Japanese inspired dishes from Ichido. *No outside alcohol allowed at the brewery due to the type of liquor license. No BYOB* The following menu will be a representation of what you might expect to see, but based upon availability.
