This Japanese tasting menu will feature my own fresh caught seafood. Accented with locally sourced farm fresh produce and local meats. The menu changes weekly and is finalized on the day of the meal, so the following is just a guideline of the style of dishes I'll be serving. Expect Japanese techniques and fresh, local ingredients in unexpected combinations.
