This course offers you the possibility to learn the origins of pasta and it will teach you how to make the perfect dough and turn it into fresh homemade pasta.
We will be making Tagliatelle, Vegetarian Ravioli (with ricotta and spinach) and Gnocchi.
The lesson is going to be a total of 4 hours.
For the first hour you will watch me and I will explain the rules and techniques, in the remaining time everyone will make a batch of fresh pasta dough, and learn how to cook it properly 'al dente!
