Founder and Executive Chef at The Peppered Goat in Los Angeles, California, JP as he is fondly called would attribute all of his success in the kitchen with The Peppered Goat to 'Love'. One would ask, 'What does that even mean?!' According to him, 'When you create food and put in all of your attention and energy into making sure that you make the best of the ingredients you've been presented with, you cannot help but do right by it.'

A self-taught chef, he is inspired by his many trips overseas, and would usually find himself talking to chefs around the world picking a tip or two.
