Nigerian Village Stew

After getting past the butterflies from my very 1st experience hosted on here, I think its time for us to kick these experiences into full gear! I have a boat load of exciting recipes to share with you guys, but first I want to share one very dear to my heart... The Nigerian Village Stew. Lets not get this one mistaken for the regular tomato base stew. This is the "Village" variation and truthfully, a more delicious variation of the regular stew. We will have fun making this and it will be served with White Basmati Rice.
