I grew up in an Italian-American household in South Philadelphia where I honed my cooking chops and sharpened my skills at the likes of Mancini’s of Philadelphia and America’s oldest Italian restaurant, Ralphs Italian. Now residing in Los Angeles, I’ve had the pleasure of expanding my experience at hotspots like Bestia DTLA and Culina at The Four Seasons Los Angeles where you can currently find me in the kitchen. East or West coast, restaurants or pop-ups, the key ingredient I always bring to the table is my passion which can only be traced to the matriarchs of my family.

With 15+ years of experience in multi-regional Italian and Mediterranean cooking, the style of cooking that you will experience is a blend of what has been absorbed from my family along with my formal restaurant experience. I've been blessed to work with amazing chefs across the country, now it’s my time to show you what I got!
