Ages 4 to 10 with adult companion (adult does not pay or participate but must be present) Your child will learn knife skills in creating this beautiful rainbow salad. This class focuses primarily on cutting techniques and does require a good degree of attention and patience. 2 attendees are needed to run this class reserving at least 12 hours in advance of the class. This is a small class with lots of fun hosted in my cheerful and shaded backyard.
