Bangkok is a diverse city and the food generally has been developed and influenced by different regions of Thailand and cultures to cater people in central region. Flavors of Bangkok features 4 courses of my favorites of little known dishes from my schooldays memory. The preparation requires a certain amount of effort. The diversity of different herbs, ingredients and flavor to each course gives this menu an incredible unique of flavors that all work harmoniously together, from start to finish.

Kung Phak Chii
Grilled prawns with citrus, coriander leaves and chili, garlic-fish-lime sauce. (Cr. Oi Cheepchaiissara)
Tom-Klong Poo-Nim
A traditional spicy herbals, tamarind and roasted dried mackerel flavor soup, pair with crispy soft-shell crab, roasted red onion, cherry tomato. (Cr. Chef Hong Thaimee).
Khao Kluk Ka-Pi
Hand tossed seasoned shrimp paste rice, green mango, omelet, red onions, dried shrimp, sweet pork, Chinese sausage, chili, cucumbers, long beans, cilantro and green onions.
Tub-Tim Krob
Glazed water chestnut, house coconut water syrup, coconut milk.
