I grew back in Istanbul, in a family who like to cook and eat. My grand relatives were from Greece and Macedonia. This is why my cooking culture is a combination of Mediterranean, Balkan and a Turkish cuisine.
Food is a way we connect and show love for others.
All my childhood memories shaped by experiencing new tastes & discovering new recipes. I learned to cook to my family on my early ages, researching food history and ancient cooking techniques was my passion. I am an enthusiast to support local sustainable products and small farms to get best quality on my food. I decided to attend Culinary Art - Farm to Table program and moved to California, now my cultural art background is enhanced my senses to help me to create some of life's most meaningful and magical moments together.
