In this menu we will serve some northern Iranian popular dishes. We will use seasonal and local vegetables and herbs. Sustainable fish would be our only meat option for the main course. Please join us and break bread with us!

White Lima Beans cooked with green Split pea, Garlic, Onion, Turmeric, Wild Dill, Dill and Egg. Served with Turmeric bread, Red radish, Dikon and herbs (fava leaves, nettle, parsley and tarragon)

White Basmati Rice cooked with smoked Trout, Garlic, Onion, Butter, Ghee, turmeric and wild Cumin (foraged from Alborz mountains). Serve with Barberries, Pea sprouts and chives.

Yogurt with Dalaar (Cilantro-Mint paste), Cucumber, Spinach, Sumac And dried Sireh (foraged from Alborz mountains).
