During this cooking class we will share the recipes for Persian New year. Get ready to eat a lot of herbs! Join Hostelling International USA's Cooking as a Second Language program facilitated by the Komaaj Project. This interactive four hour program will introduce participants to Persian culture through the lens of Northern Iran's incredible cuisine. Participants will prepare food and dine communally and engage in conversations aimed at inspiring a genuine understanding of people, places, and cultures for a more tolerant world.
