Experience the flavors of Northern Iran with this 6-course taste of Summer! The cuisine of this coastal and mountainous region is one of the most unique in the Middle East. It is characterized by rice, tea, pomegranates, herbs, nuts and citrus. most of our dishes are vegetarian. we only use fish in our summer menu. Experience the flavors of summer ingredients with us!

Lettuce, Spinach, Parsley, Dill, Tarragon, Radish, Grape and Almond with Labneh, Whey, Pickled garlic vinegar, olive oil and Persian Hogweed.

Roasted yellow Zucchini with Tomato, Garlic, Shallots and quail egg sauce. served with Goat cheese and Chives.

Persian Cucumbers with Fermented herbs paste, Walnut, Barberries, Fish roe, Lemon, edible flower and olive oil.
Zeitun Parvardeh

Green Olives marinated with pomegranate Molasses, walnut and herbs.

Herbs and Walnut cooked with Garlic, Onion, Pomegranate molasses, sour orange molasses. served with freshly cooked Beans, Chickpeas, Fava Beans and English peas.
Suger-free pastry made with Rice flour and Saffron, served with Honey.
Zarde Katte

White Basmati Rice, Smoked rice cooked with Butter, Ghee Turmeric and Garlic. Served with Smoked trout.
Chai Gol
Borage flowers brewed with dried Orange blossom and dried Quince.
