Experience the flavors of Northern Iran with this 5-course Mazzeh menu! The cuisine of this Coastal and mountainous region is one of the most unique in the Middle East. It is characterized By rice, tea, pomegranates, herbs, nuts and citrus. Most of our dishes are vegetarian but we'll be serving some meat options with our main Course dish (vegetarian option is always available). We have three options for wine as an Add-on but the full wine menu will be available at the venue as well.

Khiaar dalaar
Persian cucumbers, cooked fava beans, pea sprouts, fish roe and dalar dressing (fermented herbs paste, sunflower seeds, olive oil and white vine vinegar)
Torshe tareh stew
Small Plate
Spinach, dill, cilantro and lentil stew. served with poached egg, whole wheat bread and anchovies.
Bademjoon Kabob

Sumac roasted eggplant with herbs, Walnut and pomegranate molasses sauce. Turmeric chickpeas and clover sprouts.
Chicken liver and heart stew with garlic, onion and sour orange molasses. Smoked rice, sumac labneh and fresh herbs.
Rice flour, yogurt, eggs and saffron pastry. With house made quince Jam.
Chai Gol
Hollyhocks flower, mallow flower and dried apple tea.
